Open House 3-D Project


This is a project to be displayed for open house. It must be based on something that you learned this year in any subject including language arts, math, science, or social studies. Your project must meet the requirements below.



I. Basic requirements
A. Is colorful
B. Have three dimensions including foreground, background, and two levels.
C. Be handmade
D. The size is half of your desk (will accept requests for a bigger size)

II. Details or props of project
A. Have plants including trees, bushes, water body, etc.
B. Have animals made of clay or Styrofoam (no real animals)
C. Other objects

III. Surrounding area
A. Have borders made of popsicle sticks, clay, plaster of paris, etc.
B. Ground must have three different colors and texture

VI. Optional
A. Wall or partial wall with decorations
B. Paths
C. Moving objects.
D. Show your sense of humor

Pop-up Book


Your pop-up book should have a minimum of four pages. Each page should have a foreground and a background. The foreground should have a "content label" that includes the quote and explanation. Follow the guidelines established in class.
